Fit To Recover Gym Rules

  • Maintain at least 24 hours of sobriety before coming to the gym
  • Arrive on time
  • Set up your own equipment
  • Clean up after yourself
  • Treat equipment with respect - please no banging/dropping weights
  • Treat each other with respect - encourage and motivate each other 
  • Leave your drama at the door
  • Leave your ego outside
  • Never say "I Can't" unless it's about using
  • Remember that you are an athlete and not a coach
  • Make the new person feel welcome and not intimidated 
  • Listen
  • Be patient
  • No big meals within an hour of working out
  • Introduce yourself to others - help build community
  • Support your peers emotionally and physically 
  • Treat others how you want to be treated
  • No fraternizing or inappropriate behavior
  • Have fun!
