Meet Frank Young, our new Fitness Pillar Lead Trainer. Frank has been a regular at FTR for more than two years, and has a deep reverence for what the practice of fitness has to offer those who are willing to "suit up and show up." As the father of 5 children, he knows how to balance strength with compassion.
